1. Services
Royal Rides Detailing provides professional car detailing services, including both mobile and garage-based services. The availability of our services may vary based on your location and preferred appointment time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking Appointments
Scheduling:
All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. We strive to accommodate your preferred time and date; however, service availability is subject to change.
Cancellations:
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50%.
No-Shows:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing prior notice, you may be subject to a no-show fee equal to 50% or forfeit any deposits paid.
3. Payments
Pricing:
All prices for services are clearly outlined on our website or will be communicated during the booking process. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but any price changes will be communicated to you before your scheduled service.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
Deposits:
For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, unless we cancel your appointment or otherwise state in writing.
Refunds:
Refunds for completed services are generally not provided unless there is a material issue or mistake on our part. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Vehicle Condition:
You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in a condition suitable for detailing. This includes removing personal belongings from the interior before service begins. Royal Rides Detailing is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
Access for Mobile Services:
For mobile detailing services, you must provide a suitable space for our team to work, which includes access to water and electricity if necessary. If the environment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe by our technicians, we reserve the right to reschedule the service.
5. Service Guarantee
We take pride in delivering exceptional detailing services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify the issue, provided it is brought to our attention within 24 hours of the service being completed.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to care for your vehicle, Royal Rides Detailing is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to the vehicle (e.g., scratches, dents, wear and tear).
Damage caused by external factors during the detailing process (e.g., weather, road conditions).
Any personal items left inside the vehicle during or after the detailing service.
We are also not responsible for any damage caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or third-party actions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Royal Rides Detailing website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Royal Rides Detailing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without express written permission from Royal Rides Detailing.
8. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. SMS/Text Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Royal Rides Detailing, you agree to receive text communications regarding appointment confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers.
